Among the law’s provisions are numerous tax credits and incentives to promote energy efficiency, including many that may be applicable to senior living communities. Tax credits can help offset the costs of: - Solar power systems - Lighting systems - Heating, cooling, and ventilation systems - Hot water systems - “Clean vehicles” and EV charging stations This session on **Tuesday, May 2 at 12:00 pm ET** will review the opportunities created by the IRA and considerations for owners and operators in applying for these credits.
