Preparing Your Staff and Residents for COVID and More This Fall
Fall is a time for change. The leaves turn from green to vibrant shades of yellow, orange, and red. The air turns cooler and crispier. And, unfortunately, the risk of contracting COVID and influenza increases as people spend more time indoors. It's important to take precautions against these illnesses, especially for seniors living in senior living communities.
Infection prevention and control is one of the most important aspects of senior living. As our population ages, the risk of infection increases, so it is important to have systems in place that protect our residents from illnesses and keep them healthy.
We have certainly been impressed by the innovation and creativity that came from two years of societal upheaval and now we are at a point in time where we, as an industry, can move forward. With new pathogens constantly emerging, Argentum is thrilled to announce that we are expanding the COVID-19 blog to include some of the latest research, news and advances in infection prevention and control.
Please share this blog with colleagues who may be interested in receiving infection prevention and control news and resources in their inboxes. Thanks for reading, and stay safe!
