Joe's prior roles in the U.S. House include serving as House Reading Clerk, where he worked closely with leadership and committee staff of both parties, and as Chief Clerk at the Education and Workforce Committee.
Joe will provide insights on the landscape ahead of the 2022 Midterm Elections, which will decide who controls both houses of Congress in the New Year. With the Senate currently evenly divided 50-50 and Democrats holding only an eight seat majority in the House, the stakes couldn't be higher.
